Due to CA Prop 65, I can't accept orders from CA. Products in stock don't have the required warning labels. Once the industry has time to adjust, I'll look at accepting orders from CA once again.
Customers seeking a full refund on their return item must contact Thousand Islands Armory within 30 days of the item’s delivery date. The products must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging. Original shipping is non-refundable and the customers pays the shipping for all products being returned . We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item (not including warranty coverage by the manufacturer), etc.).
All optics and electric products will not be eligible for any refunds or returns due to the nature of the products. Please be aware of this policy before ordering.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will quickly respond with instructions on how to return items from your order.
All purchases carry the manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty issues, please contact the manufacturer first. If you need assistance doing that, please let us know.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
Returns or replacements on products will only be considered in accordance with the terms listed below, including but not limited to.
- You are the original purchaser.
- You have your original receipt with the printed date and description of the item.
- We will not accept any products for return that have been modified.
- The buyer is responsible for the shipping of any items back to Thousand Islands Armory.
- Based on the condition of the products when returned, Thousand Islands Armory may decide to offer a partial refund only.
- Other information listed above.
Until further notice, we don't ship receivers, frames, and ammo. These items must be purchased in person at the gun shop.
We can ship to addresses in the lower 48 States, however due to the speed at which laws change, it's impossible for this shop to stay on top of changes in the laws of every state and city. Your state or city may have placed restrictions on some or all of our products. If something is restricted in your area, please don't put my business at risk. The owner of the gun shop will determine whether to process or cancel your order based on your ship to address.
Until further notice, we only ship through the United States Postal Service. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number through our web site.
Please note that the shipping rates for some items are based on weight and size of box.

At the gun shop, you must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun or ammo for a long gun. You must be 21 or older to purchase a handgun, receiver, frame, or ammo for a hand gun. This gun shop will ask to see your NY State pistol permit for hand gun ammo.
If you are a Canadian, tourist from another country, non resident alien, or illegal, this gun shop is off limits. No international sales on our web site.
We must check your ID for in store pick up on orders placed on our web site.
We comply with all federal and state laws. Store policies add additional safety measures to protect the shop.
